The Virgin Islands Shipping & Maritime Authority, VISMA, is inviting experienced firms to submit proposals for Communications and Public Relations Services.
As we continue to grow and strengthen our presence both locally and internationally, we are looking to partner with a team that can help us tell our story clearly, engage effectively with our stakeholders, and elevate how we present ourselves as a maritime administration.
This work will include supporting media engagement, developing content, strengthening our brand, and providing strategic communications advice.
